Summary 

A barback in Club WETT is in charge of making sure the bar is stocked throughout the night. They are responsible for stocking the ice, beer, bottles, ect. They also make sure the bartenders have everything they need .

Duties

• Ensure there is always enough back up liquor
• Run to the storage area to get alcohol if any bartender runs out
• Pick up empty glasses and bottles from the tables
• Wipe down tables and bar tops
• Re-stock garnishes and mixes
• Always ensure there is supplies everywhere
• Re-stock ice when needed
• Maintain clean rags in each bartender’s station
• Possess full knowledge of bar 
• Set up and maintain appropriate stock levels for the bar
